PLANNING

Planning and goal development is a process of defining requirements that adhere to project constraints, which leads to a functional, attractive and safe place for teachers to teach and students to learn. We contribute toward achieving these goals, and overcoming obstacles by reviewing the program, listening to your needs, and observing how your current program works—or doesn’t work. With your design criteria in hand, we explore options and present solutions that strive for efficiencies in operation, durablility and easy maintenance, and clear and concise usability.

PROJECT COORDINATION

We strive for improved communications, training, modern and comfortable equipment, and total project participation that empowers everyone in the process to become more effective in their work. Beginning with accountability, which is evident that all work is reviewed by a licensed architect to ensure compliance and that all life safety measures are in the documents.

Project coordination is further enhanced by our team using jurisdictional checklists for life safety, health, and occupant welfare factors as a starting point. We continually use feedback—anything that enhances the project’s quality and program requirements.

COST VALUATION / VALUATION TECHNIQUES
Quality is measured, is our ability to meet your established budgets. We are able to provide broad estimates tailored to the level that is appropriate for the stage of the project. Our estimates of our designs are conservative to avoid surprises on bid day.
